Nightwolf is the native American warrior character in the Mortal Kombat universe. He first appeared in 1995 in Mortal Kombat 3. Nightwolf is a bit of an archetype. He's known to be a fierce and proud warrior, he's a hero a historian, and a shaman for his fictional tribe and people the Matoka. Originally named Grey Cloud, he was given the mantle and abilities of Nightwolf from the Great Spirit. He is not the first Nightwolf. He's deeply in tune with nature, animals, and the sprit world. He uses green spiritual energy to summon a bow and arrows, and enhance his tomahawk and war club. He was a DLC character for Mortal Kombat 11 and one of my favorites!
