Just bought this new Nexgrill Oakford 1000 WiFi/Bluetooth smoker and had the auger motor fail while seasoning it for the first cook. Spoke to customer service and they said it would take about 714 days to receive a new auger motor, but that was updated about a week later to 68 weeks due to backorder.
