Toyota/Lexus Cracked Dashboards Information: In this video we give you the latest information on all the cracked dashboards and melted dashboards from Toyota on Lexus vehicles. We explain how the Lexus Customer Service Program ZLZ, which is a special extended warranty works for the repair of the melted dashboards and cracked dashboards that many Lexus owners discovered on their late model vehicles. Lexus began to notify dealers of this second warranty fix for this issue in September 2018.

But after March 31, 2021, you can no longer get your cracked dashboard repaired for free at your local Lexus dealership. This is the last chance we know of for you to get your free Lexus cracked dash repair. Don't delay getting your cracked dashboard repair request in to your local Lexus dealer.

Don't confuse what is happening, this is not a Lexus cracked dash recall, this is a Lexus Warranty Enhancement ZLZ program solely to cover the Lexus cracked dashboard repair on your covered Lexus model year car in the list below. This is not to be confused with the similar Lexus melting dashboard and cracked dashboard issue. That previous Lexus Warranty Enhancement ZLD program expired in 2017. Likewise if you have the Toyota melting dashboard, they also had a similar Toyota melting dashboard fix, but that too has expired as of 2017.

This is not a Lexus cracked dashboard recall!

We hear from owners with melted dashboards who are the 2nd or third owner, and it's unfortunately too late, because if the first owner did not find out about the enhanced warranty repair for the melted dashboard, and the warranty period expired in 2017, then you are out of luck. You are stuck with your cracked dash or melted dash. So is your Toyota Camry dashboard melting? It is likely too late for Toyota to cover your Camry dashboard melting.
