After we pour the ink in the printer, we need to add the new ink in the printer and make test lines. Here are the detailed instructions of apply the new ink in the printer:

1.Plug in the power.
2.Add the new ink into primary cartridge. (The video is the other series of printer, so the primary cartridge looks different)
3.Turn on the printer, click the login button in the right sidebar, select Administrator Mode in the popup dialog box, enter the default password 111111. After successful login, the original login button in the right sidebar will change to the Administrator.
4.Click the Setting button, and choose Negative Pressure. Set the negative pressure form 2.85 kPa to 0 kPa, and click settled button.
5.Open the Ink Valve and Pneumatic Valve, then press the Negative Pressure Start on screen. Then we could see the Negative Pressure Start will change to Negative Pressure Stop, which means the negative pressure has been started successfully, and the ink has been sent to the printer assembly.
6.Remove the outer shell of printer assembly and nozzle cover, place a container for receiving waste ink under the nozzle.
7.Open Front 1 and Front 2 valve, press the Squeeze Ink button for 12 seconds.
8.Then open the exhaust valve 12 seconds, after we see the ink flows from the exhaust valve, close this valve. The other exhaust valve also repeat this action. If the ink flow amount is very limited, press the Squeeze Ink button again, and open the exhaust valve. After the ink flow has no bubble, close the exhaust valve.
9.Now the ink has supply to the nozzle, we need to click Setting button and change the Negative Pressure from 0 to 2.85 kPa, click settled button. Now we could see the Negative pressure on bottom will change to the pressure we settled. The all process of ink supply has completed.
10.Use cloth to clean the nozzle, install back the printer assembly outer shell.
11.Put a black paper under the nozzle, then press the Cleaning button for 23 buttons, also move the paper to make test lines. If the lines has no defect, then start printing.
