Kristen Smart's family say they have found no joy, even now, after a jury has convicted their daughter's killer.
The final verdict comes 26 years after her disappearance, Paul Flores has been found guilty of firstdegree murder. He was one of Smart's college classmates and the last person to see her alive.
His father, previously charged with accessory to murder, was found not guilty in this case.
