Typical drama from the jerk next door. The one and only time I parked in front of Dennis Sachet's house (on a public street) he freaks out. He blocks my car in with all of his garbage and recycling bins. In Albany Oregon, our garbage service gives us a garbage can, a comingled bin and a yard debris bin. Dennis moved all 3 of his bins to block my car in. Then, the next day completely went off on me for "trying to pick a fight"! What an ass!!
