Today I'm making the White Negroni! This one has become a modern classic, and as you can guess, it's a riff on the Negroni. I'm going to say it, this drink isn't white it's yellow. That's due to the Suze liqueur (a French apéritif). It's an important component to this cocktail, and certainly makes this drink one to remember.
