A friend asked me, "Do you have any neck and upper back pain stretches?" So, I created this upper back stretch video! This is a fairly simple stretch for the upper back that opens up the shoulders and relieves strain on the neck. Your shoulder blades are suspended in a sling of muscles that attach to the back, spine and neck. When your shoulders are immobile, it causes upper back and neck pain.
