this Navratri Special premix requires only 2 ingredients Sabudana and sawa rice to make, but you can make 5 Navratri Recipes with it.

Navratri Special Premix
Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
2 ½ cup sawa rice (barnyard millet)
½ cup sabudana (sago pearl)

Method:
Grind together the sawa rice and the sabudana to a fine powder.
Store in an airtight container till required.

Farali Dosa
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes each
Makes: 34

Ingredients:
1 cup Navratri Special Premix
Water to make batter
Rock salt to taste

Method:
Bend together the premix and sufficient water to make a free flowing batter. Add salt to taste.
Grease a dosa tawa and spread a ladleful batter in a circular motion. Add a tsp of oil over it and allow the dosa to crisp. Remove and serve. You may add a potato filling for a masala dosa.

Farali Appe
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes each
Makes: 1012

Ingredients:
1 cup Navratri Special Premix
Water to make batter
Rock salt to taste
3 tbsp yoghurt
4 tbsp chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped green chilies
1 tsp Fruit Salt
Oil as needed

Method:
Bend together the premix, yoghurt and sufficient water to make a thick batter. Add salt and all the other ingredients and rest the batter for 5 minutes. Add 1 tsp Eno Fruit Salt and mix .
Heat an appe pan. Add ½ tsp oil in each cavity and add 2 tbsp batter in each cavity. Cover and cook. When golden from the underside, flip and cook from the other side too.
Remove and serve hot.

Farali Uttapam
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes each
Makes: 2

Ingredients:
1 cup Navratri Special Premix
Water to make batter
Rock salt to taste
3 tbsp yoghurt
4 tbsp chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped green chilies
1 tsp Fruit Salt
Oil as needed

Method:
Bend together the premix, yoghurt and sufficient water to make a thick batter. Add salt and all the other ingredients and rest the batter for 5 minutes. Add ½ tsp Eno Fruit Salt and mix.
Heat a pan. add I tsp oil. Add ½ tsp sesame seeds. Pour half the batter/ cover and cook till firm. Add 1 tsp oil over it, add ½ tsp sesame seeds and flip. Cook till golden. Remove and serve. Repeat.

Aloo Lauki Paratha
Ingredients:
1 cup Navratri Special Premix
Water to make batter
Rock salt to taste
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chopped green chilies
½ cup grated potato
½ cup grated bottle gourd
Oil as needed

Method:
Mix together all ingredients to make a thick batter.
Spread the batter over a greased pan. cook till firm. Flip, cook till lightly coloured. Add oil and cook till crisp.
