Welcome to the first session of Myobrace exercises. In this phase we introduce: Candy on the spot, Skinny tongue/Fat tongue, and Bear Hug which are exercises that introduce correct tongue placement, and tongue strength. These help set the foundation to the rest of the phases of Myobrace therapy.
