I survived a heart attack on 14th February St Valentines Day. I'm so glad to be still here.

Today I had another of my fortnightly, post heart attack checks, at the Ulster Hospital Dundonald Heart Failure Clinic. At 10 am nurse Roberta was there waiting to look me over and thankfully give me the all clear. So I was good to go for 14 more days! lol

The NHS may be broken but the Cardiology Departments in the Royal and the Ulster and down in Enniskillen, remains one of the few areas of excellence, to remain intact. Belfast is still a good place to have a heart attack even if you can't get to see a doctor! ( This is why our A&Es are crammed with people, who should be being seen by their own GPs! )

Anyway I thought I would make this video to give you folks out there, an update on my recent heart attack journey.
The depressing miserable weather report is your added bonus. lol
