Sock yarn is amazing, but with so many colours, brands and types out there, it can be hard to choose just one! I share my 10 favourite sock yarn brands, and explain why I love to knit with them. I've knitted with all these yarns many times, and am happy to recommend them!

My favourite sock yarns come from low and high budgets, from affordable massproduced commercial yarns; to smallbatch, handdyed yarns by independent artisanal companies. I mostly prefer very durable wool/polyamide (nylon) blended yarns, but I have a few options with plantbased reinforcing fibres too!
