How to overcome depression guilt

Hi, I'm back with another video on the difficult topic of mental health! For many years, I wished I didn't exist because I felt like a burden to the people around me. This is one the signs and symptoms of depression and it can be a very lonely and isolating experience. I felt like I had no one to talk and no one would understand me. In this video, I talk about how we can overcome the guilt and shame from struggling with depression or anxiety. Our feelings and emotions can be extremely difficult to manage.
