My Stator is dead!
I tried two Good batteries both don't charge. I test the stator in this video it barely puts out 2 to 3 ac volts. Should be at least 22 volts. I will get a 2nd meter and take a second test before i start to take the primary apart. Possibly the multimeter i used can't show the low voltage.
