My Next Credit Card: Chase Sapphire Reserve or Ink Preferred?

Follow
Stan The Credit Frog

As I’ll be under Chase 5/24 in just a few short weeks, I've been wondering should I get a Chase business credit card or not? Specifically, should I get the Chase Ink Preferred or Chase Sapphire Reserve?

Both cards have great perks and benefits, but what would be the best fit for me and my credit card portfolio? In this video, I go over both credit cards, select a credit card, and then explain why.

Most importantly, I would like to get one of these cards to get access to Chase's travel partners. At this point, I only have the Chase Ink Cash and Chase Ink Unlimited cards, so my redemption options are capped to direct deposit at 1cpp.

The Chase Sapphire Reserve has a $550 annual fee but has an easytouse $300 travel credit to offset this fee. The Chase Ink Preferred has a $95 annual fee and is a business credit card.

Business cards don't add to Chase 5/24, and one of my goals is to stay under Chase 5/24 as long as possible, which is harder than it sounds!

So which card will I choose? Find out in this video!
