A convenient recipe for meat in the oven, which my motherinlaw taught me to cook. It's very easy and incredibly delicious. I cook this meat often, this recipe is convenient and simple. I cook such a pork dish for a family dinner or for a festive table. Cook with love! Cook with joy!

Ingredients and preparation:
Hello everyone and welcome to my channel!
1300g pork
I use pork neck, this meat will be juicier
Cut steaks 1.52 cm
Salt
Black pepper
paprika
A little vegetable oil
Turn the meat over and season with salt and spices
2 red onions
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Pour hot water over it and let it steep for 1015 minutes

Place the meat on a baking sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleaning easier

Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees

200g white cabbage
Salt a little and squeeze

1 red pepper
3 cucumbers

cilantro or parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic
23 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey
Pour the dressing over the salad and serve
After 30 minutes, remove the meat and sprinkle with cheese
Bake at 200C (392F) for another 57 minutes
