Happy Mother’s Day to all mothers past, present, & future!
This sweet song, simply called “My Mother” is from The Chipmunk Adventure movie in 1987. It was originally song by The Chipettes to a baby penguin that they bring back home to his family in Antarctica.

It’s always been a tearjerker song and I thought it would be the perfect song for Mother’s Day. This year some people can’t even see their mothers, or have sadly lost them, but here’s hoping the same love and affection can be given to mothers everywhere. They deserve it whether they are sadly are no longer with us or a mother soon to be, we show love to our mom’s!
