Prewash treatment: Before washing your hair, apply a prewash treatment such as a hair oil or a hair mask to nourish and protect your hair.
Cleansing: Use a highend, sulfatefree shampoo to gently cleanse your hair.
Scalp massage: After shampooing, give yourself a relaxing scalp massage using a hair oil or a scalp treatment. This will help to stimulate blood flow and promote hair growth.
Conditioning: After the scalp massage, use a highend conditioner to nourish and hydrate your hair.
Hair mask: Apply a hair mask and cover your hair with a shower cap, and leave it on for at least 15 minutes to deeply condition your hair.
Hair steaming: use a hair steamer to open the hair cuticles, allowing better penetration of the hair mask, and leave it on for another 15 minutes.
Hair rinsing: Rinse your hair thoroughly and gently squeeze out excess water.
Detangling: Use a widetoothed comb or a detangling brush to gently detangle your hair while it is still wet and conditioned.
Drying: Gently squeeze out excess water from your hair and then use a microfiber towel to wrap your hair. This will help to absorb moisture without causing friction and breakage.
Styling: Once your hair is mostly dry, apply a leavein conditioner or a styling product to your hair.
Sleeping: Use a silk pillowcase to sleep on which will help to minimize friction and breakage while you sleep.
