cheese cream: 125 g (4.4 oz)
parsley: 20 g (0.7 oz)
cheddar: 150 g (5.3 oz)
eggs: 1 pc
milk: 50 ml (1.7 fl oz)
sesame seeds: 20 g (0.7 oz)
