My old 8n is in need of some love and care. She has had oil in the antifreeze for some time. I have been just to busy to tear into it. I have a little spare time and feel like I just can not put it off any longer. It has been freezing cold so no better time to stay by the heater in the barn. I am no expert mechanic by any means. Just a guy trying to keep the equipment going. Hoping to make it through another gardening season.
I am not 100% sure my issue is the head gasket. I am only assuming due to the fact there is oil in the antifreeze and not the oil. Hopefully this will be a quick fix and prevent any larger issues. Little did I know that the head gasket was my small problem. Watch to see what may be a deal breaker for the old 8n.
