In this video, I wanted to share with you my emergency power cut, power outage box. I put this box of backup kit together out of frustration at the frequency of power cuts we seem to be getting recently and sadly I think its only going to get worse changing climate causing more extreme weather, forced cuts in supply due to the worsening energy crisis and energy supplies not able to keep up with demand we need to be prepared.

My emergency box contains a number of useful items my family and I might need if the power goes off stuff to make life without power a bit more comfortable lighting, heating, cooking, backup power and some entertainment.

Get yourself organised, so you don’t need to fumble around in the dark next time the lights go out!
