The liver oriental recipe is very delicious! Even people who have never liked liver will like this recipe. This recipe has become my family's favorite liver recipe. In this video I show you how to make incredibly delicious liver with potatoes. All my friends were amazed at how delicious ordinary liver can be. Cook with love! Cook with pleasure!

Ingredients and preparation:
500g beef liver
Remove the foil and channels
Cut into 1.5 cm thick pieces
Then cut into smaller pieces

1 ½ tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves of garlic
½ teaspoon black pepper
Mix well and leave to marinate for 2030 minutes
While the liver is marinating, prepare the sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey (maple syrup or sugar)
2 tablespoons tomato paste
70ml of water
23 onions
oil for frying
Fry the onions until translucent
Put on a plate
Heat a frying pan with oil
Fry the liver over medium heat for 12 minutes on each side
You'll probably need to divide the liver into 2 servings
Put the liver on a plate and fry the second part of the liver
Put the onion in a small saucepan, then the liver
Fill up with the sauce
Bring to a boil
After boiling, cook for 10 minutes
After 5 minutes, add ½ teaspoon salt and stir
Cook for another 5 minutes
600700 grams of potatoes
Top up with cold water
1 teaspoon of salt
Boil potatoes until soft
100 g mozzarella or cheese that melts well
2 cloves of garlic
20 grams of butter
1 tablespoon olive oil

¼ teaspoon chili flakes
½ teaspoon paprika
Black pepper

Put the boiled potatoes in the pan
Mix well to coat the potatoes with butter
Cook for 2 minutes over medium heat
Green Onion
Sprinkle with cheese
Cover and cook for 2 minutes until cheese has melted
