I wanted to share with you my cast iron pan collection. Like I said in the video, I have had cast iron for a while, but I really was afraid to cook with it. My dad used to make the best breakfast with cast iron. He was an allaround wonderful cook, but he was definitely the master at breakfast so maybe that’s where I get it from, but I just really wasn’t sure how to use it, and I worried about it rusting and not taking care of it properly.

We went to a huge camping and sports store and I saw this 16 inch beautiful cast iron pan I thought oh my goodness I need that that would be so great to cook with it because it’s so huge cooking for our family at 10 and with six boys, my kids eat a lot. Especially if I make one of their favorites, there’s usually no leftovers. But then, as I started to look and see that there’s so many different things that you can use for baking, grilling, and just cooking dinners and breakfasts. I was like wow I need to start trying these pans out

I found so many different pans at like garage sales and Goodwill and I’m like score because these pans are not cheap. They’re not cheap but it’s really cool that they have a lot of accessories that you can use and like I said in the video my daughter Izzy love small things and they’ve come out with a whole line of small little individual pans that you can cook one again or make one brownie or one cake. It’s just individual size and she absolutely loves them.

I know you guys have been asking for my Rae Dunn collection it’s just taking me a little bit because my cups are everywhere. I’ve been collecting them for years and as I pack up the different holidays they get packed up with that so I’m so close to being able to share with you my Rae Dunn cup collection And just keep in mind that I have been collecting these for years because I think it is going to be a little overwhelming. There is quite a few cups. And whenever I head to TJ Maxx and they have them on clearance I am all about a clearance cup.

How do you know you have the perfect coffee cup because you can get all four of your fingers into the cup and wrap your hands around them as you drink coffee. I never buy a coffee cup that I can only stick to fingers in or maybe three fingers in the handle if you can’t get all four fingers and that handle put that cut down.
