This is the JDM Offroad lift kit for the Toyota Hiace. This is a quick install video with a little offroading at the end.

I forgot to mention in the video but to get the new rear springs installed, I had to disconnect the rear panhard bar which allowed the axle to drop further down.

The lift was relatively easy to install, especially compared to other suspension types on other trucks/vans.

The ride is very similar to stock but more responsive the ride is not stiffer or softer than OEM.

Tires are 235/70R16 Toyo Open Country A/T III. With this lift, you can install 235/75R15, 235/70R16, or 235/65/R17 tires. Some trimming of the front mud flaps and lower forward rocker may be required I rub slightly only offroad when the front tire is tucked in the wheel well and turning.
