Meet Jimi, a tiny house dweller, leader of the worldbeat reggae band Watusi, and head of an independent record label. During years of traveling as an empty nester, he discovered the power of simple living. He bought a shed, a portable building shell, and his son, Eric, turned into a comfortable 37 sqm / 400 sqft tiny home with a music studio. Jimi calls it his piece of Pura Vida in Texas. He has a deep love for Costa Rica and stays there about 1/3 of the year. He might build a tiny house there one day! For now, he plans to move his music studio into a small dome attached to his tiny home, then he'll have a downstairs bedroom.
