Mulberry is again in season. These magical berries are high in nutritious value and taste amazing.

Today, I'm gonna use mulberry to make afternoon tea and breakfast toast.

My favorite is mulberry wine, which will be ready in 3month's time. Haha, it's a date then. See you guys in July.

Mulberry Tea:
➡Ingredients:
Mulberry, Poria cocos, red dates, lily.
➡How to make:
1. Boil for 15 min.
2. Turn off the stove first and add some rose petals.

Mulberry Jam:
➡Ingredients:
Strawberries, mulberries, blueberries, lemon juice, granulated sugar
➡How to make:
1. Boil it until it's jamlike.
2. Put in dry jars and preserve in the fridge.

Mulberry Fudge:
➡Ingredients:
Goji berries, black sesame, red dates, walnut chips, maltose
➡How to make:
1. Boil maltose with the rest of the jam
2. Add goji berries, black sesame, red dates, and walnut chips.
3. Take it out on a plate and chunk it once it cools off.

Mulberry Wine:
✨Keep the mulberries away from water and rinse it off with strong Baijiu
➡Ingredients:
Mulberries, dried longan pulp, brown crystal sugar, 35% ABV rice wine
Sit for 3c months.

Mulberry Ice Cream:
➡Ingredients:
Granulated sugar, light cream, milk
➡How to make:
1. Whip the cream.
2. Pour in milk. Stir it until it's even.
3. Add some mulberries and stir some more.
4. Pour into ice cream maker. It's ready in 30 min.

Mulberry Toast:
➡Ingredients:
Yogurt, egg, powdered sugar, mulberry jam, mulberry
➡How to make:
Bake for 20 min in the oven at 180°C.
