I'm 34, and I'll never be able to afford a house.

No, because houses in my city are $2 million.

Well, I know where you can move! A beautiful, magical fairytale place

Where?

Cape Breton Island! Where you can buy a house for 200,000 bucks.

Wow. It's beautiful.

When it's not raining, at least.

Oh, a lot of rain?

Every single damn day of the year.

And the temperature?

Freezing cold 14 months of the year!

But there are only twelve months...

Two extra on the island on account of how cold she gets.

Chilluary and Frozeember.

Well, is there lots to do?

You like Celtic music?

No.

You like golf?

No.

Then the answer is no.

Well, you know, at least I'll be close to Halifax if my friends visit.

Halifax is a staggering four and a half hour drive away.

Your friends will think you died!

Well, jeez, I mean, the food must be good.

It can't be all seafood and fries, can it?

My dear, you're not going to like the answer to that.

Really?

Every restaurant here is named after an ocean bird

like the Rusty Seagull or a Horny Albatross.

Well, are the people nice?

Nicest people in the world — to your face.

Oh, well, I guess I'm moving to Cape Breton then!
