Here is what I took to camp on the NC500!, wether you camp like I did just 2 nights or spend 5 0 6 nights camping the kit is more or less the same with just more base layers of clothes needed (3 sets, one worn, one clean, one washed/drying) and food that can be bought on route, I do noe buy big expensive brand name out door stuff so if your new to camping or never cameo camped before this should be of some help to you, I have put links to good value Outdoor shops for tent and sleeping stuff and cooking etc below.

My advice is go to any of these stores you can visit as tents are often set up along with sleeping mats and you can check there size!
Most important thing is to have fun!
