♛ Find the opening variations of the Colle–Zukertort System shown in the video in this blogpost https://chessteacher.com/collezuker...

In this video lesson, GM Igor Smirnov shares with you one of the most underrated chess openings for White: the Colle–Zukertort System. It is a universal chess opening system that can be played against any move by Black.

Similar to the London System, but more aggressive and less wellknown, this opening system typically follows this move order: 1.d4 d5 2.Nf3 e6 3.e3 Nf6 4.Bd3 c5 5.b3 Nc6 6.00 Bd6 7.Bb2 00 8.Nbd2.

It's important to note that you develop your queenside knight to d2 instead of the usual square c3, as you want to keep the diagonal open for your darksquared bishop on b2, which will be a key piece for your future kingside attack.

Watch the full video lesson to learn the common opening setup, key ideas, and middlegame attacking plans for White.
