Morel Mushroom and Steak Stroganoff ~ With Twin Cities Adventures !

Recipe : clean your morel mushrooms up and set them aside, I marinated my
steak in olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and set aside in the refrigerator covered for most of the day.
Later that day, turn your grill up on high and sear steak on both sides for a couple minutes cover and let rest.
In a skillet heat up 4 tablespoons of butter, a spoonful of chopped garlic and one yellow onion, diced. Sauté and set aside for moment in another pan, sauté 4 tablespoons of butter with your morale mushrooms, and a spoonful of chopped up garlic with some salt and pepper. Set aside, to the sautéed onion add about a fourth a cup of flour with a sprinkle of flour left over for the sautéed brown mushrooms. Mix up. To the sautéed onions add a half a cup of white wine with a half cup of sour cream, a splash of Worcestershire sauce , and a splash of yellow Dijon mustard. Mixup, add 2 cups of beef stock cook until thickened. Slice up your steak and add to the onion and sauce mixture and add the boiled noodles. I boiled a large bag of egg noodles for seven minutes and then drain them. Plate your meal garnish with sautéed morel mushrooms and fresh, diced parsley, enjoy
