In order to get Flyden, you are going to want to go to the lab into the ventilation area with a monster that is either super fast or knows bash. Flydens will be flying around and you will try to catch them. If the vents are on, go to through the door farthest from the entrance to the lab. Go straight until you are in the office, then go through the door that is not blue. Make a right, and then go straight until you are in the room where you can activate the portal. There is a button on the wall that allows you to deactivate the ventilation so you can go in that room.
