Peeping Toms targeting women shoppers inside dressing rooms is a creepy phenomenon. Michelle Chandler says she was in a dressing room of a department store when something caught her eye under the partition. The Colorado woman says she grabbed the alleged peeping Tom and held him in a 20minute headlock until cops got there. At one point, Chandler actually sat on the suspect to prevent him from fleeing.
