This old fashion chocolate cake is my favorite dairyfree cake. Moist, fudgy, flavorful and so tender.

190g (1½ cup) allpurpose flour
190g (1 cup) sugar
40g (⅓ cup) cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tsp cider / white vinegar
75g (⅓ cup) vegetable oil
220 ml (1 cup) water
½ tsp vanilla extract


Bake in preheated to 350F (175C) oven for 3040 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the cake comes out clean.
Note: Oven baking times may vary, be sure to check your cake to make sure you do not over bake.
