My Faucet was dripping constantly and the sound was beginning to dominate the room. So it motivated me to do some research on the subject and fix the annoying sound coming from my kitchen. Drip, drip, drip. In my research I found some good information here and there, but nothing showing the exact 1224 cartridge that I needed to install to stop the drip, drip, drip.
