Minimum amount of Matza each time is an olive size: 7.5cm X 7.5 cm.
For someone who can't eat the Matza easily. You can soften it with water, but not juice or soup. It is also allowed to crumble it and then eat.
Minimum amount of wine to drink at each cup is 1 full cheek (fill up the cup 76cc though).
If you don't have kosher wine or someone who cannot drink grape beverages for health reasons use an important drink other than water (the blessing changes though to SHEHAKOL NEEHYA BIDVARO).
