Vegan Date Caramel Sauce:
Use a 1:2 ratio of water:dates and blend until you have a slightly thick consistency (I used 1 cup of dates and 1/2 cup of water but I wanted to have leftover so if you are only making for this you are safe to only use 1/2 cup of dates and 1/4 cup water)

For the mini salted caramel chocolates:
Add a bit of sea salt into your molds, then layer your chocolate, caramel and then chocolate. Freeze for 2 hours or overnight until hard!
For the mini caramel peanut butter cups:
Layer your chocolate, peanut butter and then chocolate. Freeze for 2 hours or overnight until hard!
Keeps in the freezer for 12 months, enjoy when that chocolate craving kicks in! Or bring them to your next family Christmas gathering.
