Perhaps this is my favorite version of the salad of all existing, which I make not only for the New Year, but also for other holidays. The salad is tender, juicy and very filling, and all your guests, without exception, will love it!
Ingredients
For the salad:
Potatoes (boiled in the skin) 300 g
Tuna in oil 340 g (2 cans of 170 g)
Chopped onions 100150 g
Carrot (boiled) 300 g
Cheese 350 g
Eggs (boiled) 6 pcs.

Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
For the marinade:
Apple cider vinegar 2 tbsp.
Water (cold boiled) 100 ml
Sugar 1 tbsp.

Egg yolks (boiled) to taste
Fresh dill greens to taste
Salad layers:
1. Potatoes, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise.
2. Tuna in oil, mayonnaise.
3. Pickled onions, mayonnaise.
4. Carrots, salt, black pepper, mayonnaise.
5. Cheese, mayonnaise.
