Hello my beautiful fam! Welcome back to my kitchen today I’m going to share with you how To make a super easy and delicious café helado de la olla , mexican spiced iced coffee, this is seriously my ultimate favorite iced coffee, I normally let it steep overnight so the next Morning I’m able to enjoy a nice cup of iced coffee all I do is add milk and if I have whipped cream I top it with some and a little cinnamon, but tbh it don’t need any of that just the coffee and milk it’s the best combination ever! This coffee is inspired by Mexican cafe de olla, traditionally brewed in a large clay pot, I hope you give this coffee a try if you want it hot you can simply brew your coffee with all the spices! Ingredients: makes about 8 cups
8 cups of water
23 cups of ground coffee I use Folgers
1 medium piloncillo or you can use brown sugar
4 anisé stars
8 cloves
1/4 cup ground cinnamon
1 cinnamon stick
Milk
1 serving of love
