Bint e Fatima foundation is located in Karachi which provides shelter food, medical to the old women who are left alone even by their own families. This old age home has been running by a woman, Farzana shoaib for many years. The foundation also sent many women for Umrah and Hajj, and the women who have been living in the Foundation are sent for Hajj and Umrah on and off many times.
