Meet Hamzah Henshaw, an Educational Visionary:

Hamzah Henshaw, born and raised in Boston, embraced Islam at the age of 15 and has since dedicated his life to the field of education. A Harvard graduate of 2001, Br. Hamzah has spent the past 20 years enriching educational landscapes across the Middle East, North Africa, and the United States.

For the past 11 years, Hamzah has been a cornerstone at AlNoor Academy in Mansfield, New England’s pioneering fulltime K12 Islamic school. His efforts have successfully guided hundreds of Muslim teenagers towards placements in prestigious American universities, bridging their academic aspirations with their Islamic values.

In 2023, Hamzah founded Five Before College (FBC), extending his college placement expertise to the wider Muslim community. FBC aims to help Muslim teenagers gain admission to their dream colleges while maintaining a strong Islamic identity. The initiative underscores the importance of early preparation, starting five years before college, inspired by the Five Before Five hadith. This framework ensures the holistic development of wellrounded Muslim teenagers, positioning them as exceptional college candidates.
