Decidí traducirla y locutar esta meditación porque mi padre me preguntaba por meditaciones guiadas. No sabía cuál recomendarle porque muchas de las que escucho están en inglés, ya que existen muy pocas en español que sean agradables y efectivas. He comprobado que la Meditación de 6 Fases trae resultados extraordinarios, pero lamentablemente no existe una versión oficial bien locutada en español. Entonces me di a la tarea de hacerla.

I decided to translate it and voice over this meditation because my father asked me for guided meditations. I did not know which one to recommend because many of the ones I hear are in English, since there are very few in Spanish that are pleasant and effective. I have verified that the 6 Phase Meditation brings extraordinary results, but unfortunately there is no official version well spoken in Spanish. Then I gave myself the task of doing it.
