Bonjour mes amis!! Welcome back to yet another vlog but this time we're shaking things up a little bit with something a bit more clinical! In my school, we are required to do one mandatory clinical elective in any specialty of our choosing so I headed back to Toronto to do my observership in anesthesiology. Unfortunately, we also had our neurology final exam the week after so as you'll see, it was a very hectic week of study hospital study hospital and so on.

You'll also see that I had a bit of an anxious episode on Thursday which wasn't my favourite thing to showcase but I thought it would be important for me to show every aspect of my week both the good and the bad. As important as school and work is, nothing is more important than your health and wellbeing so let this be a reminder to continually check in on yourself and listen to your body and mind's needs.
