The preference of the strength of the matcha flavor will be different from person to person. Please adjust to your liking.


Matcha Latte (for 2 per)
12 tsp matcha powder
2 tbsp hot water
2 cups milk
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


Vegan Matcha Latte
Use 1 cup of coconut milk and 1 cup of unsweetened plantbased milk (my favorite is almond milk) instead of 2 cups of milk.
