I picked up this charcoal smoker for $350 because I was looking for something with a lot of space and the fact that it ran on charcoal like my Masterbuilt Gravity smoker was a great feature. And at this price range it makes for a great charcoal smoker for beginners.

I review this vertical smoker and provide some feedback on the design and features but the real test is going to be to smoke some food. This thing is easy to light, but you need to understand the two methods which as based on your desired cooking temperature!
