oin me in addressing a global issue often overlooked: the importance of safe computer usage. With the recent surge in online computer related activities due to the pandemic, workrelated musculoskeletal disorders have witnessed a steady increase. My mission is to empower 10 million individuals with the skills to work safely with computers, integrating ergonomics into daily lifestyle.

In this talk, I'll impart five essential skills for safer computer workstation practices, ensuring prevention of important ailments like severe neck spasms, acute lower back pain, and repetitive trauma injuries. Through the acronym CREST, I have covered skills training for Chair arrangement, Rest breaks, Eye breaks, Stretch breaks, and ergonomic Table arrangement, each vital for maintaining ergonomic integrity

Hence, you will learn to customize your workstation to your body dimensions, by optimizing object placements ergonomically, and implementing techniques like 202020 rule for eye breaks, regular rest and stretch breaks, thereby incorporating desk stretches into daily routine to alleviate pain and stiffness.

As we delve into these skills, you'll not only safeguard your own wellbeing but also gain knowledge to educate others, fostering a culture of adopting an ergonomic lifestyle. Let's unite in this mission to enhance workplace safety and support each other in leading healthier, more productive lives. Together by propagating CREST, we can ensure a future where safe computing is the norm.
