MASHED POTATO WAFFLE RECIPE
4 tablespoons (1/4 cup) melted butter
1 cup mashed potatoes (a little more or less is okay)
¼ cup grated cheese
¾ cup milk
¼ cup sour cream (or plain yogurt)
¾ cup AP flour
1½ teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon fresh minced herbs (thyme, rosemary, dill, parsley)
