MAS PINASARAP NA KANTO FRIED CHICKEN AT GRAVY!!! FRIED CHICKEN PANG NEGOSYO SA KANTO!!!

INGREDIENTS:
2 kilogram chicken
3 tbsp fish sauce + 3 tbsp calamansi extract or lemon juice + 1 tsp black pepper + 1&1/2 tbsp garlic powder + 1 tsp paprika + 1 tsp baking powder + 3 tbsp cornstarch 1 beaten egg

BREADING MIX:
2 cups flour + 1/2 cup cornstarch + 1 tsp black pepper + 2 tsp garlic powder + 1 tsp salt

GRAVY:
2 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine + 2 tbsp flour + 1 tsp garlic powder + 1/2 tsp black pepper + 1/2 tbsp soy sauce + 1&1/2 cups water + Half of chicken cube seasoning + A pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap + salt to taste
