Mark Wahlberg was joined by his canine costar at a special Los Angeles screening of their film, "Arthur The King" on Monday night.
The film is inspired by the 2017 book “Arthur: The Dog who Crossed the Jungle to Find a Home,” by Mikael Lindnord, the captain of a Swedish adventure racing team.
In the movie version, Wahlberg plays Michael Light (based on Lindnord) and the story centers on his relationship with a wounded stray dog he encounters during a 400mile race through the Ecuadoran jungle.
Against the odds, the dog follows Michael and the team through some of the most dangerous terrain in the world and Michael ends up adopting him.
