Considering Mario and his family recently upgraded to a larger, and newer mansion in another suburb of Los Angeles, at the end of August 2022, he put his longtime estate in Glendale on the market for $6.5 million. If the home should sell for that price it will mark the most expensive residential sale in the Glendale area over the last 5 years, and if you don’t have that kind of money laying around, the property was also reportedly available as a rental at $25K per month. Mario and his wife, Courtney Laine Mazza have lived here with their 3 children since 2010, when they purchased the place for $1.94 million, just before welcoming their eldest daughter Gia in September of that same year.
