Tonight, a man sits behind bars charged with the double murder of two teenage boys in Newport News. 20yearold Camari Hayes faces two counts of firstdegree murder and gun charges. Police say he shot and killed a 15 and 17yearold last August. Marta Berglund returned to the scene of the crime with police today.
